How does returning work?
If you wish to return a product, you can create a DHL shipping label free of charge within 30 days of receipt via this link https://return-form-masuanl.returnless.com/en and send the order back. Please include your order number and the reason for return, and ship the order as soon as possible.

Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used. It may take a few business days before the amount is visible on your account.
